Education is the key to business success. The enormous number/ a huge number of studies has proven what was clear/had been clear before- educated/trained staff work more efficiently and better, which leads to greater overall productivity.  Educated/trained staff can easily find jobs and have greater choice in selecting better offer/ and are able to chose the better offer.  Consequently/therefore the motto “(Continuous) Education through life” is hiding/ contains the entire business phylosophy with no alternatives.    

The most successful companies and the most developed countries in the World are those with the most highly trained staff.  Although staff training is not cheap, it is indeed very profitable.  This is the reason why successful companies invest huge/enormous/vast amount of capital/resources into training their staff and encourage them to further their education/professional development each year. 
Paragraf Co has trained for free over 20.000 users, giving, as a result, its contribution to their personal development and more efficient work (in that way) as well as creating more profitable/more productive companies and wealthier society with/of educated/trained IT staff. 
Since 2005 Paragraf Co has begun cooperation with Law Facultes/ Schools in Serbia with the intention/goal/ in order to educate/train future lawyers to work with electronic legal database Paragraf LEX and so/accordingly become staff who will be able to utilize all benefits /ready to take full advantage/ of the (use of) modern electronic technology in their work.

    As a part of/ In accordance with this cooperation Paragraf Co enabled professors and students to use electronic legal database free of charge/ gave free access to … by installing Paragraf LEX into more than 350 computers at the various Faculties. 
    So far, more than 2.500 students successfully completed this training/this course and received/obtained Certificates whose copublishers are Belgrade Law Faculty and Paragraf Co.
