DATABASE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT - PARAGRAF TEN 

Paragraf Ten is an on-line collection of public procurement, which contains the texts of public procurements published in the official gazettes in Serbia.
All customers subscribed to Paragraf Lex receive a user name and password for free access to Paragraf Ten, which is up to date at all times but the user must be connected to the Internet.  By pressing the TEN button within the Paragraf Lex legal database, the user is connected to the webpage where Paragraf TEN is hosted.

Paragraf Ten, the database of public procurements has, since the beginning of 2008, been kept up to date.  

This database can be searched by several criteria: 
- by the type of public procurement (all categories, goods, works or services – with an additional option to further filter the search by  subcategories), 
- by the status of your ad (whether the ad is active - the time for submission of documentation has not yet expired, or has already expired - the time for the submission of documents has elapsed) 
- by the names of companies that published the advert and their location, 
- by the source, ie the issue and type of gazette where the advert was published and the date of the its publication. 

It is also possible to see a list of previous advert publications (announcements of public procurements of higher values) and the 
winners of public procurements, published in the official gazettes. 

After getting search results, each procurement can individually be accessed through the search result list, by clicking on the text in the column Naziv firme oglašivača (English: the name of the company that published the advert), after which the text of the public procurement will be loaded.  If, in the search result list, in the column Napomena (English: Note) there is a star (*), that means that the original text of the public procurement has undergone a change, addition or an annullment or that the winner of the public procurement has been announced – a note about why the star exists can be found at the end of the text of the public procurement.

on the gray box located below the text in Serbian.
